We primarily accept Bahamaian Dollar (BSD) transactions. Most of our purchases are online. If you are purchasing event tickets using a foriegn credit card, you may be required to consult with your bank prior to the purchase. Any successful purchase using a non-Bahamian based credit card will be subject to conversion and foriegn exchange fees that may be levied by your financial institutions.

Bahamas eTickets is an online platform. Our primary payment method is a Credit Card. There are limited occasion where cash transactions may be accepted provided that the event in question requires a box-office option. We ONLY accept Visa and Mastercard.

Bahamas eTickets acts as the agent to those who are promoting or otherwise providing the events for which you purchase tickets, such as museums, venues, teams, artist representatives and fan clubs, promoters and leagues (collectively, “Event Providers”). Tickets obtained from unauthorized sources may be lost, stolen or counterfeit, and if so are void.

We sell tickets on behalf of Event Providers, which means we do not set the ticket prices or determine seating locations or ticket availability.

Seating charts reflect the general layout for the venue at this time. For some events, the layout and specific seat locations may vary without notice. Tickets are generally sold through the following distribution points - online and box offices.

Most distribution points generally access the same ticketing system and inventory. Therefore, tickets for popular events may sell out quickly. Occasionally, additional tickets may be available prior to the event. However, we do not control this inventory or its availability.

If you do not receive a copy of your tickets by email and/or SMS after purchase, please check your online profile. If the tickets are not included in your online profile, please reach out to Bahamas eTickets at support@bahamasetickets.com ( Re: Ticket Confirmation Query ) and a representitive will be more than happy to assist you.

Tickets purchased on our Site are typically subject to a per ticket service fee and a non-refundable per order processing fee. In many cases, delivery prices will also be owed.

When purchasing tickets on our Site, you are limited to a specified number of tickets for each event (also known as a “ticket limit”). This ticket limit is posted during the purchase process and is verified with every transaction. This policy is in effect to discourage unfair ticket buying practices. We reserve the right to cancel any or all orders and tickets without notice to you if you exceed the posted limits. This includes orders associated with the same name, e-mail address, billing address, credit card number or other information.

Occasionally, concerts are canceled or postponed. Should this occur, we will attempt to contact you to inform you of refund or exchange procedures for that concert. For exact instructions on any canceled or postponed concert, please check the concert information online or Contact us.
